A epidemiologic survey on AIDS related knowledge in the Korean-C hinese and Han nationality students of college

Abstract

OBJECTIVE?To study the state about A IDS related knowledge between the Korean-Chinese and Han nationality studen ts of colle ge.?METHODS?A self-questionnaire survey was performed among 235 students of Han nationality and Korean-Chinese.?RESULTS? In the mean of 20 items of AIDS basic knowledge, therr are significance differ ences between Korean-Chinese nationality and Han nationality. In the mean o f 24 items of the AIDS spread route, therr are significance differences between Kor ean-Chinese nationality and Han nationality too.?CONCLUSION? Health education for AIDS needs to be carried out and strengthened urgently in college students.
