The expresston of apoptosis gene and related proteins in the early placental chorionig villi and decidual tissues of spontaneous abortion.

Objective:To investigate the role of cell proliferation and apoptosis of placental chorionic villi and decidua of the spontaneous abortion and normal human abortion,and the expression significance of involved Cytokines in the placental growth and development.Methods:The expression of apoptosis in the placenta of spontaneous abortion and normal abortion was detected from the 40th to the 90th day by immunohistochemical methods,terminal deoxynucleotidy transferase mediated dUTP-biotin nick end labing(TUNEL).Results:From the 40th to the 90th day,chorionic villi and decidua of the normal abortion dominated by the majority of active cell proliferation,cell proliferation and apoptosis always in a dynamic equilibrium;and the proportion of apoptotic cells of spontaneous abortion decidua and chorionic villi was increased,and cell proliferation and apoptosis of dynamic balance was broken.Conclusions:The placenta of pregnant women with higher proportion of apoptosis,a dynamic equilibrium of cell proliferation and apoptosis is broken on the basis of the occurrence of spontaneous abortion.
