Abstract
The popularization and Application of network technology makes library's traditional service be impacted dramatically,and how the traditional library to deal with such impact has become a problem that the library science must deeply research.This paper discusses the psychological change of library users under network environment,and probes into some countermeasures that should be taken by the library in information service for promoting the development of librarianship.
