Abstract

Chose Neo Ras badge gene,applied recombinant retroviral vector system infect NIH3T3 cell to measure the titers of the system after recombinant retroviral vector by packed incasing cells got recombinant vector through condensed.The titer of recombinant retrovirus vector attain 10 6 cfu/mL,it has the ability of perfect infection NIH3T3 cell.
