Abstract
Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect of the tension-free vaginal tape(TVT) procedure in women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods: 71 patients with SUI underwent the TVT procedure.Results: TVT was performed on patients for 15-115 min with an average of 39.02 min.The patients was hospitalized for 2-15 d with an average of 5.6 d after operation.TVT was effective in treating SUI patients and its curative rate was 95.7%.Conclusion: TVT is a simple,reliable and mini-invasive surgery with few complications in the treatment of female SUI.
