Application of Java-based GIS in the Telecom Network Management System

Abstract

With the rapid development of computers and communication industries,telecom network management systems for the increasingly high demands not only need the topography,but also call for a rapid fault location system,so we need the integration of network management systems with GIS systems.This paper focus on the presentation of the development of java-based GIS,and details the integration of GIS systems and telecom network management systems,and also does a presentation on several issues discussed with the corresponding solution.
