Japan's Carbon Trading Mechanism and the Performance

The international scrutiny on climate changes and carbon dioxide emissions has spurred the global carbon trading.A range of dilemmas and uncertainties does hinder the development of Japanese carbon emissions trading.Japan's foreign affairs activities as well as the advantages in energy saving technologies,however,have not only improved the foreign relations,but also gained environmental and economic benefits by means of structuring carbon trading mechanism,creating carbon trading platform,and promoting the development of both domestic and international carbon trading system.
