Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine treatment of urinary stones Clinical observation of 568 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of urinary stones.Methods A retrospective analysis of 568 cases admitted in our hospital in March 2008-2011 in March stone patients and clinical data of all patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of urinary stones.Results After treatment,504 patients with stones crushed all excreted,accounting for 88.7%;391 cases of which once gravel success(77.6%)and 75 patients after 2 or 3 rows of stone success(14.9%),38 cases after 3The row of stone success more times(7.5%).64 cases the gravel fail,the alternative treatment.Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral stones efficacy,adverse reactions,feasible and easy to operate.
