Abstract
Objective: To establish a simple and rapid method for determination of dipyridamole in human plasma by HPLC with fluorescence detection.Methods: Chromatographic column was KromasilC18(4.6 mm ′150 mm,5 μm) and 30℃ of column temperature.The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(containing Triethylamine 0.04%)-acetonitrile(39:61) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.A fluorescence detector was set atλex290nm,λem485 nm.Fluvastatin was used as internal standard.Results: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 10~4000 μg·L-1(r=0.9997).The intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 10%.Conclusion: The method is sensitive,rapid and suitable for the determination of dipyridamole in plasma.
