With the unprecedented degree of freedom make sharing and constructing Internet information resources in any ways,it make Internet information resources in a disorderly state of confusion.The advantages and disadvantages of the current network information organizations are analyzed based on meaning from the network of information resources and features various organiantions.A new model of the next generation network information organizations has been proposed.
