Antioxidant activity of propolis extracts to rapeseed oil

Abstract

The extracting conditions of antioxidative matters from propolis by microwave-assisted extraction were optimized,and the antioxidant activity of propolis extracts was studied in rapeseed oil,and the functional compositions were also analyzed.The results show that,propolis extracts has antioxidative activity which is stronger than that of polyphenol and similar to Vc.
