Abstract
Music algorithm can estimate independent signals' DOA effectively and reach the infinite precision under the premise that the model is proper, but it is ineffective to coherent signals and adjacent signals with small SNR. Here it is presented a new modified MUSIC algorithm by deduction, which can estimate the DOA of coherent signals and adjacent signals with small SNR. The simulations have proved the effectiveness of this new modified MUSIC algorithm.
