Abstract
Six strains antagonist to Botrytis cinerea were isolated from samples of tomato soil infected by Botrytis cinerea in Zibo,which were identified through the analysis of morphological and biochemical characteristics and the sequence of16S rDNA.The results revealed that they were rod shape,had flagella,could move,had elliptical heatproof spora,were Gram-positive.They were 99% homologous to Bacillus by 16S rDNA sequences analysis.Combined with the morphological and biochemical parameters,they were confirmed that B-01,B-02,B-03 and B-04 belong to Bacillus cereus,B-06 belongs to Bacillus subtilis,B-07 belongs to Bacillus pumilus.Through the determination of inhibitory activity,the filtrate of B-02 and B-06 had very strong inhibitory activity and could inhibit the growth of Botrytis cinerea in this experiment.
