Abstract
The synthesis of butyl phenylaceate with n butanol and phenylacetic acid as reactants and rare earth solid superacid SO 2- 4/TiO 2/La 3+ as catalyst had been studied. The influent factors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst was 2%(weight of phenylacetic acid if 0.2 mol),the molar ratio of n butanol to phenylacetic acid was 2.0∶1,the reaction time was 3.0 h,the taking water reagent(Toluene) was 15 mL.The yield of butyl phenylaceate was about 98.5%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
