Abstract
Objective To search for the law of misdiagnosis of children's diseases, so that the Clinican diagnose the children's diseahes. Methods The retrospective analysis of clinical mater als of 223 child patients with autopsy from 1985 to 1961 were carred ont so that the accordance rale of clinical and pathelogical diagnosis was defined. Results In the 228 cases of autopsy, that clinical diagnats's accoraed with the pathological diagncsis were 190 cases (82 .3% ). there were 38 cases (16 .75%) to misdiagnose. In the 73 cases above 1 year old, there were 66 cases (90.4%)of cllnical diagnosis according with pathological diagnosis. In the 155 cases of≤1 year ele, there were 124 cases (80 % )of clinical diagnosis accrding with patnological diagnosis. There is sgni 'icant difference between the two groups(p0.05).The misdiagnestic rate of infectiors diseases is the hignest, then the malignant tumer and septicem'a in the cases of misdiagnosis. Conclusion The misdiagnostic rate of the patients of≤1 year old is the highest in the children's di seases. On the classification, the misdiagnestic rato of infections diseases is the highest, then the malig nant tumor and septicemia.
