Abstract
Happiness is the ultimate value of educational pursuit,and all education is essentially happiness education.In perspective of happiness education,education is the pursuit of college students' career planning education.In education process,the key is to construct concepts of happiness education and the guarantee is to improve professional guiding organizations and to display their functions.Adherence to the unification between social happiness and individual happiness and pursuit of the unification between low-leveled happiness and high-leveled happiness are the value orientation and important content of college students' career planning education.
