On the siprit of science and its development

The spirit of science is the combination of thinking mode,values adoption and behaviour standard formed in the development of science.Seeking truth from facts is its basic intension and creation is its essence. The basic characteristics of the scientific spirit are exploring freely,being sceptical and critical,being creative,being rigorous and practical-minded.It is the demand of making all-round development of the people and building up a well-off society to develop the spirit of science.We should make unremitting efforts to spread scientific knowledge,set up the scientific idea,encourage the scientific methods,and carry forward the scientific spirit among the people,in order to form a good atmosphere of studying science,believing in science and depending on science.
