Abstract
In this paper,368 phosphobacteria strains from rhizosphere of wheat and alfalfa were isolated and the distribution in different section presented as: soil adhering to roots (RS)>soil away from roots (NRS)>rhizoplan of roots(RP)>histoplan(HP). 66 strains with higher ability of dissolving phosphorus were identified by means of phosphorus hole. Moreover, 12 strains with higher capacity of dissolving phosphorus than 100 mg/L in broth assay were screened. The relationship between pH and phosphorus solubizition were also discussed and there were no close relationship between the ability of phosphorus solubilization and pH.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
