Study on the Problem of Talent Training Mode in Petty Loan Company

In recent years,as a new type of rural financial institutions,the petty loan companies have got rapid development and pay an important part in financial supporting to small enterprises and Sannong services under the support of different departments.But the petty loan companies exist the problems such as lack of financial knowledge and experience shortage,which has become the important factor of restricting its development.Based on the analysis of talent training mode of China's small loan company,problems of personnel training mode in petty loan companies are found out,and some related proposals are put forward.It hopes to provide new ideas for small loan company talents training.It has very important significance for the development of petty loan companies and the competitiveness enhancement of small loan companies.
