Abstract
Based on the intension of knowledge and knowledge management,this paper discusses the knowledge management's contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.And necessity and feasibility of knowledge management in small and medium-sized enterprises are argued as following. At last,some suggestions and measures about how to begin knowledge management in SMEs are given.
