The Development of County Economy in Heilongjiang Province

County economy is an fundamental national economic element,and also the important national economic fundation.The development of county economy may affect the development of the whole provincial and social economy directly.The county economy in Heilongjiang Province has some advantages,but there still exists insufficiency in some aspects.In order to solve these problems,the paper presents some fundamental countermeasures to accelerate the development of the local county economy.
