Abstract
At 5\^7m point in front of the new stone-crushing station,a blasting activity using 51 middle-deep holes and with 1 667 kg charge has been conducted in Nanfen Iron Ore Mine without damaging the columns in front of stone-crushing station.Based on this example of successful blasting, the performance of reducing damage using hole-to-hole blasting,pre-splitting technique and air-interval blasting is explained.
