Abstract
This article unifies the author many year urban planning working practice , stands in the development altitude , from modern city region aspects and so on space organization , land utilization , transportation plan and internal ecological environment has discussed the modern city new city plan and the construction main point in detail , and will construct the development to the urban newly developed area the guidance control policy to relate in detail author individual position and the suggestion in the future .
