SOME NEW SPECIES OF PERONOSPORACEAE IN CHINA

Abstract

Four new species of Peronosporaceae were collected and described from Heilongjiang province. There are 2 new species of the genus Peronospora: P. elsholtziae sp. nov. on Elsholtzia patrinvia; P. leonuri sp. nov. on Leonurus macranthus; one new species of the genus Plasmopara: P. plantaginicola sp. nov. on Plantago major; one new species of the genus Bremia: B. moehringiae sp. nov. on Moehringia鲎 lateriflora. Latin and Chinese diagnoses are given for these species. Type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Heilongjiang August 1 Agricultural University and Mycologica Herbarium of Institute of Microbiology, Academia Sinica, Beijing.
