On Development Pattern of Tourism Industry in the Binhai New Area in Tianjin Based on Industry Cluster

Starting from analyzing the traditional tourism activities and the advantages of industry chain,the paper builds a unique frame for the development of tourism industry in the Binhai New Area in Tianjin based on industry chain in industry cluster,discusses the general development pattern and function division of tourism industry in the Binhai New Area,and offers some proposals for the development of tourism industry such as bringing government function into full play,integrating tourism planning,paying attention to customers' delivered value,building up core competitiveness,and making tourism industry cluster brand,etc.
