Abstract
This paper reports contrast therapeutic effects of Omeprazole and Ranitidine in treating duodenal ulcer. Endoscope was used to observe their effects, and ulcer healed in 35 cases of the Omeprazole group (the healing rate 92. 11%). Comparisons were made between the two groups and there was a significant difference between them(P 0.05 ).The pathogenic mechanism of this disease and the mechanism of Omeprazole in the treatmint were also discussed. This study suggests that Omeprazole is better than H2 receptor blocking agent in treating duodenal ulcer.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
