Abstract
As one of the most important components of radar, the strength of the antenna satisfying technical requirements will influence the performance of radar.Paraboloid antenna always has a big aperture area,so wind load becomes the biggest load of antenna, and the study on antenna under the wind load is necessary. From the real technical requirements, this paper studies the antenna of a millimeter wave radar. It analyzed the wind load, the structure and established the finite element model. The analysis of stress and deformation for two kinds of most important wind loads are carried out.The reliability of the antenna is verified. The results could be used as reference for the design and optimization of the future antenna.
