Abstract
Different Harvest of Nanguo pear was treated by 1-MCP,and respiration quantity and CO2 dissolution of different parts pear were studied.The results showed that 1-MCP had little efferts on respiration quantity of different parts pear,the proportion of respiration of peel to total respiration was about 90%,the proportion of stem was as same as that of calyx,which was about 5%.With the increasing concentration of CO2,the dissolution was increased.The dissolution in core was higher than other parts of pear,and at the same time the dissolution in CK was higher than what was treated by 1-MCP too.
