Abstract
This paper introduces the proof and application of Cauchy mean-value theorem from many angles.The proof methods are closed interval suit theorem and the inverse method.The application aspects are: proving unanimously successive;researching the problem of fixed point,being the relationship between function and derivative,and demonstrating the mean-value formula.
