Improving Teachers'Perception of New Curriculum Reform——A Case Study of a Rural School

The curriculum implementation is the important constituent of the curriculum research.And only when the ideal curriculum design is implemented,will the classroom teaching be changed.Because the curriculum implementation is a process of how an anticipated curriculum is adopted in the actual classroom teaching with teachers being the important influential factor,teachers have a significant impact on the process.The curriculum implementation is 'directly influenced by how teachers understand the curriculum,which in turn is affected by teachers' quality. Therefore,improving teachers' professional quality is the foundation of effective curriculum implementation.
