Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of urban storms and floods management,greatly decrease the damage resulted from storm flood,meet the urban flood control and drainage needs,after sufficient study of storm runoff law in Chengdu urban district,this paper established the simulation model of storm runoff.The simulation verified that the result was reasonable and reliable for local cities.
