Challenge of the War of Information to the Law of War

The abrupt appearance of the war of information gives a great challange to the traditional law of war.It not only vidently lashes the basic principles,breaks up the balance between themilitary necessityand the avoiding the unnecessary pain,endangers the existence of the principles of distinction and proportionality,but also relentlessly attacks the current relation of the law of war in which the subject would be obscure,the object reformed,the content changed.The important reason for the law of war facing with dilemma is no legislation of foresight.The development of the law of war,especially the very points of the rules of fighting,should keep up with the practice of war,positively face the war of information.
