Law's Analysis of Corporation Social Responsibility

The theory of corporation social responsibility is accepted by people.But the legislation about this theory does not improve and perfect,and the corporation social responsibility can't make into practice.This paper analyses the background of corporation social responsibility and the legislation in main west country,given some advice of corporation social responsibility in China.From an angle of company government,there must be series of legal mechanism for corporation to take the responsibility of the society.
