Abstract
Objective:To optimize an extraction technology of Shenfu Decoction. Methods:The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects among volume of water, time of extraction and times of extraction on the contents of total ginsenoside, total alkaloids from Radix Aconitine and extraction rate to optimize the extraction technology. Results:The times of extraction was the most important factor, which affects the extraction technology. And the second was the volume of water, the last was the time of extraction. The best extraction condition was:tenfoid water and to extract thirty minutes, three times.Condusion:The optimum extraction technology was reasonable and possible and the extraction for effective component was of high efficiency.
