Abstract
Physical education has become an component of the college education and culture system and an important aspect of achieving college education task,which has changed from developing sports skills and enhancing the body quality to grasping skills,gaining knowledge,expanding circle and behaving well and rebuilding the education thought in teaching aim,system,course and effect.The task of college physical education curriculum reform is to emphasize the sports benefits for body and mind,to get rid of the obsolete concept in the traditional teaching model,to meet the students' demand for sports,and to arrange the bodybuilding-centered curriculum.In all,the students' demand and school characteristic should guide the college curriculum reform in physical education.
