New Thinkings of Ballistic Missile Radar Target Recognition

Ballistic missile radar target recognition is one of the key technologies and difficulties in anti-missile systems.In order to provide the related researchers and engineers with some new ideas,this article analyzes the new changes of ballistic missile radar target recognition in terms of targets,sensors and environment,and points out the shortages in existing research.Finally,this article proposes some new thinks with respect to such problems to be solved urgently as analyzing and understanding correctly the features of ballistic missile target,making full use of single-radar recognition performance,and employing netted radars to identify the targets as well as evaluating reasonably their recognition effectiveness,etc,thus providing a certain reference for ballistic missile radar target recognition.
