Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pre-hospital care for cerebral hemorrhage patients in order to provide a reference for the clinical nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve the rescue success rate of hemorrhage patients in pre-hospital care. Methods The clinical data of 136 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January, 2011 to January, 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The causes of the disease, preliminary diagnosis, and the process of acute rescue and nursing of the patients were analyzed. The rescue efficiency and degradation rate of 68 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients without pre-hospital care and 68 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with pre-hospital care were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 72.06%, while that of the patients in the control group was 44.18%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion As far as possible shortening the arrival time, rapidly and accurately making a preliminary diagnosis and emergency care are the key to effective emergency care. Early diagnosis and early treatment are conducive to reducing the mortality.
