Analysis on Difficulty Selection and Routine Character of Elite Woman Trampoline Athletes in Individual Final Movements

Based on video data in woman final match in 2007 world cup series,this paper made video statistics and analysis on 27 sets of final movements.The result shows that woman final single difficulty of movement concentrate on 1.2～1.6,difficulty to form a complete set movement mean value 13.8,but it should be above 14.0 points to form the value of difficulty of advantages of the competition.Final sets of movement type backward exceed movement forward,forward somersault type,there are mainly two kinds,and the back warding roll type mainly has three kinds.The arrangement of trampoline sports has typical position characteristics,and it is relatively fixed to fully embody in the movements used in each set.One set of the movements is finished so that the health posture rely mainly on picked in the final,but further raise the proportion of the picked posture,reduce the proportion of the tucked posture,it will be one of the developing trends of women's trampoline sports.
