Abstract
With the phosphate concentrate from Bulongtu Mine in Damao Banner,Inner Mongolia as feed, test was carried out to produce phosphoric acid by using sulfuric acid to decompose phosphate rock.on the basis of simulating commercial production,a series of single factor experiments were conducted systematically to obtain the combination of favorable conditions to produce phosphoric acid by wet process from phosphate rock as feed and phosphoric acid sample.A research was carried out on the two-stage concentration and defluorination of the phosphoric acid by adding silicon dioxide with P2O5/F up to 288 obtained, meeting the requirements from additive for fodder for ratio of phosphorus to fluorine.
