Abstract

Taked the national 1% population sample investigation data in 2005,the China population statistic yearbook(2006)and the correlation literature material as the basis,elaborated the distribution spatial pattern of the Chinese transient population in 2005,and used the multiple regression model to discuss the relationship between the spatial pattern of the floating population and regional economic development.The results show that there was a close correlation between the spatial pattern of the floating population and the regional total economy,industrial structure,the level of urbanization and so on.
