Abstract
Objective To compare the value of the arthroscopy and the MR imaging for detecting articular cartilage in jury of knee joint. Methods 60 patients with persistent symptoms of knee pain who were scheduled for arthroscopy under went MR scanning. Results Compared with the arthroscopy,MR imaging was well consistent with the result of arthroscopy. Conclusions MR imaging has good veracity to show the pathological changes of articular cartilage in jury of knee joint.
