Abstract
It illustrates the present situation of road construction and environmental protection in Hainan,and the influence of road construction to environmental protection.Meanwhile,it analyses the environmental protection measures that should be taken from the feasibility research,design,construction,and operation of road construction.Furthermore,it points out that environmental production will be more and more important with the development of society.
