A study on the countermeasures of technical service system of private enterprises in Hebei province under the Twelfth Five-Year Guideline

Although,in recent years,there is a little development of Innovation Service System in the private technology enterprises in Hebei Province,the imperfections of the current system is still very apparent,compared with the national advanced provinces in our country as well as the growing demand for it in our province.This paper is written to give some suggestions by analyzing the reasons and problems thereby caused from the government policy on private enterprises and technical service system of research institutions to stipulate the development of private enterprises in Hebei Province.
