Abstract

In the presence of EDTA a new method for the extraction separation of copper by using sodium chloride-sodium diethyldithiocarbamate-n-propanol system and simultaneously determining Mg,Al,Fe,Sb,Zn,Ag,Pb,Bi,Cr,Ni,Cd,Sn,Mn,As,Te,Se in the electrolytic copper has been established. The detection limits of the method were 0.001-0.036μg/mL.The recoveries were from 92.4% to 109.5%.RSDs were less than 4.2%.This method was accurate, rapid and convenient. It was used in the determination of impurities in electrolytic copper with satisfactory results.
