Problems and solusions in the development and application of workflow management system

Based on the need analysis for PDM(Product Data Management) and the experience of developping workflow management system for enterprise, we analyse the problems in the development of workflow management system, such as the abstraction of workflow processing model, associating workflow procedure with business object, event processing for joinning files with workflow, the vertion of workflow template, increasing the executing efficiency of a workflow,etc, bring up the solution method, and also provide the idea for the research of workflow management system.
