Abstract
For weak signal detection using chaotic detection algorithm, the critical state of chaotic system can't be judged precisely and phase transition identification may be interfered by noise. To solve these problems, the basic principle of weak signal detection based on Duffing equation is introduced, then the influence of noise on Duffing system output is analyzed theoretically, and the detection performance of system under complex noise conditions is studied by simulation experiments. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the chaotic system has favorable immunity against most noises and can be used in the weak signal detection under complex background noise.
