On Management Efficiency of College Teaching: Problems and Solutions——Case Study of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

To ensure the quality of colleges and universities training,it is an essential requirement to improve the efficiency of routine teaching management.Currently,in the realm of the teaching management,there are some conflicting appeals and identities for education among teaching management administrators,teachers and students,the rigid management system conflicts with the flexible practice,and the teaching resources lack of effective integration.In the implementation of the spirit of National Mid-long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),we should do a good job of the teaching management system design and optimize the configuration of the teaching resources based on the actual school situations.Meanwhile,we should reform the student cultivation mode through the combination of the demand of the times and the objectives in talent cultivation.
