Abstract

[Aims] The paper aims to select effective fungicides to control tomato fusarium wilt. [Methods] Mycelial growth rate method was applied to determine the toxicity of the 11 kinds of fungicides on Fusarium pathogen virulence and seven kinds of agents among them were screened out for further field efficacy trials. [Results] The results showed in laboratory that prochloraz 25% EC,pyrimethanil 20% WP,iprodione 50% WP and bismerthlazol 20% WP showed higher effective on tomato fusarium wilt,in which prochloraz 25% EC had the best inhibitory effect against tomato fusarium wilt,EC50 value was 0.048 mg/L. The results of field trials showed that prochloraz 25% EC and pyrimethanil20% WP had better control effect, with a control efficacy of more than 70%. [Conclusions] These studies provided the basis for mixes and controlling tomato fusarium wilt.
