THE POLICY SUGGESTION OF COLLECTIVE LAND CIRCULATION IN COUNTRYSIDE

Several suggestions on the policy of collective land circulation in the countryside are given as follow: set up the new land possession system dominated by collectivity possession and secondly by other possession forms; reform the management contract right to land usufruct;levy the land tax to compensate farmers; reasonably enact the examination and approval right of land move to advance the rational land circulation; encourage the land moving to large farm family; perfect the credit policy in the countryside to sustain the land circulation; scientifically check cadres to protect the land.
