Abstract
It is a vital approach that secondary metabolize product of non-host plant is utilized to control Myzus persicae. The location and preference of M.persicae to different plant odour sources were investigated with Y tube olfactometer. The result showed that host plant,Chinese cabbage, for example, attracted M.persicae significantly. However, the non-host plant, such as leek, could not attract significantly and even exclude to M.persicae.There is a difference between the preferences of M.persicae to the same non-host plant in nature status and mechanical wound.
